What you need for a functioning robot: You need our robot kit (purchase below) and bluetooth support on a PC or Mac. Here is more information about the individual components:
- A Parallax Scribbler robot (included in our kit, or available from Parallax directly).
- IPRE Fluke Add On Board (included in our kit, or available for purchase separately).
- Myro Software (included in our kit, or for purchase separately, or available free online).
- A PC running Windows XP or Vista (supported), or a Mac running 10.4 or later (works, but supported on a time-permitting basis).
- Bluetooth support on your computer. Bluetooth is integrated in many Macs and PCs. If you do not have bluetooth on your computer we strongly recommend this USB adaptor available from Newegg. That adaptor has been tested and works well.
